When is a mistake wrong?

The essence of Wabi Sabi, the Japanese ideal of beauty that finds perfection in imperfection and sees flaws as unique rather than wrong, inspired me greatly. I began to take a closer look at everyday mistakes that usually annoy us and discovered their enormous potential. These ‘mistakes’ led me through my entire collection – true to the motto: broken pieces bring happiness.
